How do you establish trust and authority in today’s scholarly digital environment?

By Mithu Lucraft, UK PR team

Are you an early career researcher based in London? Then we would like your involvement in a new project looking at how how scholars assign trust and authority to the information sources they choose, use, and cite.

We are convening a focus group consisting of early career researchers which will be conducted by researchers from CIBER, for a project funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and supported by SAGE.

Venue: SAGE Publications Ltd, 1 Oliver’s Yard, 55 City Road, London EC1Y 1SP
Date: Friday 25th January 2013
Time: 11 am-1.30 pm.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Unfortunately places are extremely limited and so will be offered on a first come first served basis. If you are free and willing to take part, please contact Barbara Levinson.
