Explore our water themed article collections for World Water Week 2016

waterWorld Water Week, organised by the Stockholm International Water Institute, is the annual focal point for the globe’s water issues. With 1.8 billion people without safe drinking water and 2.5 billion people lacking adequate sanitation the topic of this year’s meeting, Water for Sustainable Growth, couldn’t be more important.

To mark this occasion SAGE Publishing have created four collections of water themed papers and these are free to access for a fortnight* around the conference taking place 28th August – 9th September.  Explore papers from our Geography and Urban Studies journals across the following areas: Water and Sanitation/Development, Water in a Physical Geography Context, Water Management/Industry and Conservation and Water and Culture.
