SAGE’s IntroStats Online named Best Social Sciences Instructional Solution by SIIA CODiE

Last month, we were excited to announce that SAGE’s born-digital textbook, IntroStats Online by Gregory Franicis, had been nominated for a CODiE Award from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). Today, we are thrilled to announce that Gregory has been honored with this award for Best Social Sciences Instructional Solution!

We would like to extend our congratulations to Gregory for winning this prestigious award. When asked about his win, he commented:

“I am very pleased that IntroStats Online has been recognized by SIIA CODiE as the 2014 best instructional solution for social science curricula and content. When the title was launched a little more than a year ago, our goal was to use online technology to create a better textbook that encourages students to learn statistical concepts. This award is a reflection of that effort.”

As champions of the social science discipline, we are very pleased that this text has been honored with a CODiE. To read the full press release, click here.
