BERA/SAGE 2013 Practitioner Research Awards Now Open!

imagesFor the seventh year in a row SAGE has teamed up with BERA to support the BERA SAGE Practitioner of the Year Award for 2013. The BERA/SAGE award recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated excellence in the application of research in practice in an under 18 setting and in an over 18 setting. The winners of the award will receive not only a cheque for £500, but they will also receive a selection of SAGE books to the value of £200 and access to the BERA conference to receive their prize.

Here at SAGE we recognize the intrinsic value of education and we are delighted to once again be supporting these awards, acknowledging up and coming researchers supporting the development of best practice in education research. 2012 saw an incredibly high calibre of entries, and we thought what better way to give you a little more insight into the value of these awards and a ‘behind the scenes look’ at what the judges are looking for than to hear from the past winners themselves!
