Launching a new product is never easy. Anticipation, preparation, launch, all require tremendous amount of work from numerous teams. Everyone involved tends to concentrate on perfection, never taking a moment to really celebrate their achievements. That was the case with SAGE Knowledge, a new interdisciplinary platform that launched in June, 2012. The product brings together books and reference content for nearly 3,000 SAGE titles and is truly a fantastic offering from SAGE. From product development to online products, from sales to marketing, everyone has been concentrating on how to deliver the best product and message to the market, so becoming a finalist for the CODIE awards in the reference category was a much needed pause for celebration. The CODIE awards are the top industry awards praising innovating leaders in various categories. SAGE is honored to be chosen as a finalist in such a competitive market place. The winners will be revealed on January 31st, so the entire SAGE Knowledge team is keeping their fingers crossed!
