SAGE Christmas Jumper Day

By Sarah Zakzouk, SAGE UK Editorial Team

JD2The SAGE Connect Group held a Christmas Jumper Day (also known as an ‘Ugly Christmas Sweater Party’ for those of you in the US) in our UK office on Friday 14th December to raise money for Save the Children.

This particular fundraiser was a really simple way to raise awareness for those less advantaged than us, and a great way to get some funds together to send over to the charity over the chilly Christmas period. The Christmas Jumper Day was also a brilliant JD3excuse to get everyone in the office involved in the festive spirit, and to look a bit ridiculous in unison, donning our best Christmas jumpers and wearing them with pride(ish). The SAGE crowd didn’t need much convincing at all, and we had a great turnout for the group photo. We raised a total of £154 for Save the Children, which will be with the charity in the New Year. We’re happy to say it was another successful dress up for charity day!
