SAGE Knowledge – now in Beta!

After months of research, design and development we have opened up access to SAGE Knowledge, our new book and reference platform, to allow a further public round of testing and review before we launch in June 2012.  We are releasing new content and new builds every week or so through this period so watch out for these further enhancements.

The site will provide a new and enhanced look to more than 360 encyclopedias and handbooks, currently available online with SAGE Reference, and will bring nearly 2200 additional book titles to the SAGE Knowledge platform.  We have worked closely with librarians at the American University, Penn State University, University of Liverpool, University of Stockholm, University of Sussex to develop a fresh face to the online delivery of books and reference material. Many thanks to all those librarians, academics and students who participated in research and usability testing.

Whilst we are in Beta, we would like to encourage you to check out the site (http://knowledge.sagepub.com/) and send through your thoughts via the feedback form on the website.  If you would like to participate in the free trial and access the full text on the site, sign up here.
