Using social media to drive usage

The award-winning CQ Researcher and CQ Global Researcher have developed a Facebook application and expanded website to make their authoritative content more discoverable by students, faculty and other researchers.

Responding to user feedback, these new features aim to improve access to this highly popular political science content.  The Facebook application allows users to search and browse CQ Researcher and CQ Global Researcher reports and to “like”,  comment on and share these reports  with friends.  Authenticated users can now seamlessly link from the Facebook application to full reports. For students searching the open Web, the upgraded website helps to make content discoverable by presenting searchable report topics and useful report previews.

CQ Researcher is published weekly and  is noted for its in-depth, unbiased coverage of health, social trends, criminal justice, international affairs, education, the environment, technology and the economy. CQ Global Researcher provides students with definitive coverage of global affairs from a variety of international perspectives.
