Never in recent history has a White House contender so hogged the headlines and airwaves. He is, of course, Donald Trump. This paper outlines how the US media are going through a Dr Frankenstein moment as they have to recognize they have largely created ‘the monster’. Trump is the Republican Party presidential candidate and due to the dismissal by The Washington Post, The New York Times, and even the MailOnline of him as a big joke, they can take large credit for Trump’s juggernaut success.
